- 2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
- 1 cup quinoa (Bob's Red Mill Organic)
- 1 cup French lentils (Food to Live Organic)
- 1 can chickpeas (drained + rinsed)
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 sweet potatoes (diced)
- 1 bunch kale (chopped)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup coconut yogurt (or any non-dairy yogurt of your choice)
- 2 cups oats
- 3/4 cup white chia seeds (I use Salba Chia)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 sweet potatoes (medium sized)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup granola
- 1/2 cup berries (your choice, apples would also make a good substitute here if you do not have access to berries)
