- 5 Tbsp. butter (cold)
- 1 cup buttermilk (I just add 1 Tbsp. white vinegar to the bottom of the measuring cup and then fill the rest with milk and let sit for a bit)
- 3 tsp. green pepper sauce (Tobasco)
- 1 1/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
