- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- 2 cups almond (pulp)
- 3 Tbsp. date (paste, blend some dates with a bit of water)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (soaked)
- 1 3/4 cups almond milk (or just water)
