  • 2 green onions (with tops thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/3 cup peppers (each of diced red, green and yellow)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in halves lengthwise)
  • 1/2 large shrimp (tail on, deveined)
  • 2 pounds mussels (I used small-medium size~~if you use a larger size, reduce amount to 1 lb)
  • 1/3 cup parsley (chopped flat)
