- 8 Tbsp. lemon juice (to taste, from 1-2 lemons)
- 4 large garlic cloves (to taste)
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (good, or oil from the tomatoes)
- 8 Tbsp. milk (unsweetened plant, such as almond or water, as needed to smooth the mixture)
