- 2 Tbsp. erythritol (granulated, I used powdered xylitol)
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (I have been out of this and have been using glucomannan instead)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs
- 6 oz. greek yogurt (FAGE Total, I just use whatever Greek yogurt is in the fridge, lol)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (melted and cooled)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
