  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (I have been out of this and have been using glucomannan instead)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 ounces greek yogurt (FAGE Total, I just use whatever Greek yogurt is in the fridge, lol)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
