Description
This Pork Stroganoff is so good that it deserves a place on the coveted Sunday Dinner table! The pork simmers to a fork tender perfection, and the sauce is savory and rich.. Plus, your pocketbook will like the price of pork!

- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. pork spare ribs (boneless, cut into 1 inch chunks)
- salt
- 1 onion (medium, peeled, cut in half, and sliced into 1/8th inch slices)
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 16 oz. wide egg noodles (cooked, and drained, according to package instructions- I'll tell you when to start them in the instructions)
- 8 oz. mushrooms (cleaned, and coarsely sliced)
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- dried parsley (optional- for garnish)

Directions
- Season the pork cubes with salt, pepper, and the steak seasonings.
- Heat oil in a large flat bottomed pan, add pork and brown cubes on all sides.
- With a slotted spoon, remove the pork from the pan. Add the onions to the same pan, and saute until the onions start to wilt, about 3-4 minutes.
