- 1 packet fishballs (fresh, about 10 pcs)
- 1 packet dumplings (fish, or herh kiao, about 10 pcs)
- 4 fish paste (pcs of triangular tau pok, fried beancurd puffs with, filling)
- 6 fish paste (pcs of tau key, beancurd skin with, filling)
- 2 fish paste (pcs of bittergourd with, filling)
- 1 green chilli (with fish paste filling)
- 1 bunch Chinese parsley (cut to pieces, the more the merrier for me!)
- 3 stalks spring onions (cut to pieces)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp. sugar (I use brown ones for my cooking)
- 1 Tbsp. soy bean paste (ground, or tau cheo*, see picture below)
