- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- strawberry rhubarb jam (low-sugar, or other favorite jam)
- granola (or chopped up granola bar, grain-free if you like)
- Fresh berries
- 3 Tbsp. jam
- 7/8 cup pudding (chia)
- yogurt (a big spoonful of plant)
- Tahini (a smaller spoonful of)
- jam (another spoonful of)
- granola bars (chopped up)
