Was really good, simple to make and my entire family loved it. My husband says he wants the leftovers for lunch tomorrow

It is now one of my favorite recipes. I used the thicker glaze with the cornstarch to put on the fish and the glaze without the cornstarch for salad dressing. It was delicious!!

The per portions are great-I doubled the recipe for 3/.50 lb Trout servings. I also grilled it at a lower temperature & increased the time—searing it first. It was very good & we eat fish 2-3x a week! The Sriracha adds flare to the melding of sweet/sour in the glaze. Kudos!

Very flavourful with a nice bite from the sriracha. I only cooked one filet so would double recipe if doing more than one or a larger filet.

Tried this recipe on some trout I had caught. They were prepped as whole fish. I did substitute the syrup for fresh wildflower honey. Nice flavor. Next time I will probably use orange blossom honey.

Easy to make and did a lot for the mild flavor of the trout without being overly sweet. I paired it with rice and wilted greens, which was a great combo to balance the sweetness of this fish.

It was very delicious, super easy to make, followed the recipe,
But doubled the sauce, to make sure had enough for the fish after it was cooked. Served with rice and fresh corn and side salad. Sauce tasted great with the rice and corn.
