- 2 Tbsp. chives (chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. chopped bacon (1-2 pieces or more if you'd like)
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk (I used almond milk, but regular would work well too)
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
- 3/4 cup cheese (cubed, cheddar/gruyere, around ½" cubes)
