We loved this recipe I ended up making a second batch after eating the first batch so we would have left overs for lunches.

This was the first thing I tried in my instant pot. I was intimidated by the instant pot until this recipe. It is so fun, you can make so many variations with this recipe. Awesome!

I really like this dish and so did my family. I made it with 4 frozen chicken breasts, a half cup of Newman's medium salsa, and a half a cup of water. We at it more or less like soup but I'm sure it would have been even better with some rice, potatoes, or pasta.
