We loved this recipe I ended up making a second batch after eating the first batch so we would have left overs for lunches.

This was the first meal I made in my insta pot and I was not disappointed :) I did the bbq version they suggested with my boyfriend’s homemade bbq sauce and it was incredible! Definitely will be making this in the future.

This was the first thing I tried in my instant pot. I was intimidated by the instant pot until this recipe. It is so fun, you can make so many variations with this recipe. Awesome!

Easy peasy! I did 1.5 lbs BLSL chicken thigh, with the BBQ chicken recipe, 15 min. Soft, juicy and flavorful! I spent the time the chicken was in the instant pot making a vegi dish.

I really like this dish and so did my family. I made it with 4 frozen chicken breasts, a half cup of Newman's medium salsa, and a half a cup of water. We at it more or less like soup but I'm sure it would have been even better with some rice, potatoes, or pasta.
