- 2 cups flour (unsifted)
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 34 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened, I used Sierra Nevada Organic Cream Cheese)
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk (Trader Joe's Organic, Not evaporated milk)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 sauce (recipe of Hannah's Cranberry Quince, I only had 8 oz of cranberries and it worked fine)
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
