Ok- this is really good! The thickness is stew like not a soup & You don’t miss the meat in this hearty stew! I added more broth to make it soupier, extra red pepper flakes, a can of medium rotel, doubled the garlic (per previous reviewer) & kale instead of chard. Amazing flavors and very filling!

This was great! Made with a few modifications:
- 1 fresh jalapeño instead of canned chili pepper
- Doubled the garlic and cumin
- At the end, blended 1/2 of the soup for 15 seconds and mixed it back in
