So easy to make, but it tasted like a restaurant dish. Just mouth-wateringly good. I didn’t use any heavy cream, and added shallots to my mushrooms. Paired amazing with garlic asparagus, creamy noodles, and a Pinot.

It was very good and easy to make I used more heavy cream because the wine was so overwhelming. I made it with mashed potatoes and it was awesome!
