- 1 onion (medium, peeled and chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (grated)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander (chopped, leaves)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 250 grams plain flour (2 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 150 grams butter (cold, cubed, 2/3 cup)
- 160 mL milk (2/3 cup)
- 1 egg (beaten, to glaze the pie with)

Would be nicer with a few tweaks, we found it tasty but quite dry as a meal.
Also serving it with salad was a bit odd as a combo to be honest.
However the flavour is super nice and the pastry was lovely!
