I made this loaf cake and the glaze was wayyy too lemony and YES I followed the measuring correctly.

The taste was good but I followed the recipe exactly and the cooking time is off by more than 30 minutes and the icing was super thin! Nothing like the pictures!
I would make too many changes to this recipe if I made it again. It’s better to find another one.

Delicious! soft, moist, light and lemony. i threw in some poppy seeds to give it a little crunch. I also had to cook it about 15 min longer.
I think the syrup you can skip if you don't want too sweet but definitely keep the glaze.

It is verrry good! I used whole milk yogurt instead of sour cream since didn’t have it. It turned out very moist and lemony! It didn’t need the icing. I made this recipe twice in two weeks.

moist and so, so delicious! i used three medium-large lemons for the entire recipe. i had to extend the baking time by about 20 minutes, so i added a loose piece of foil on top, so it wouldn’t burn.
