- 90 grams pork rinds (crushed*)
- 25 grams Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- kosher salt (to taste)
- marinara sauce
- ketchup (sugar free!, or maple syrup)
- chives (finely chopped)
