Very tasty, just found it a bit on the dry side but you get that with corned beef hash dishes. Definitely will be using this recipe again though.

Really tasty creamy comfort food, I topped mine with cheese and a fried egg. Crusty Buttered Bread would be an ideal accompaniment.
