Delicious, i doubled the marinade recipe to marinate some red pepper, zucchini, scallions, and onion and added a bit of brown sugar. Will definitely make again.

So very simple & tasty !. I did add garlic & ginger (minced) to the mix. Loved it !. Will add some Chilli next time. Served it with rice & added chicken stock powder when cooking rice for added flavour.

So good ...made it probably 10 times . Green onions and dish of quinoa tonight ! Check this recipe out . Super easy !
