- 1/2 red onion (chopped or slivered)
- 1 cup sliced kalamata olives
- 3 Roma tomatoes (cubed)
- 1 cucumber (small, or zucchini - chopped - i used a zucchini today)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (medium, chopped)
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (hellmans)
- 3 garlic cloves (small)
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (each -, & corn syrup)
- 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning (each -, & dried parsley)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 cup feta cheese crumbles
