- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups zucchini (grated and squeezed)
- 120 grams dark chocolate (broken into pieces)

Directions
- Preheat oven 360°F.
- Grease a bundt pan with butter, and line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the flours, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, yeast, and baking soda.
