Very good. I also browned onion and red pepper with the turkey. Easy to make especially when the zucchini got a lot bigger in the garden than I intended. Also there is a lot of kale this year. I am looking forward to trying it with eggplant.

Very flavorful! Husband loved it. I never would have thought i was eating zucchini and kale had i not made it myself.
