Delicious! Super easy! Mine had a lot of liquid come out but I dried it off and return to the oven for an extra 3 mins. and they turned out juicy and delicious while a bit brown on top

I added sun dried tomatoes in garlic oil along with the zucchini. they were delicious.

The taste was great. I should have drained the zucchini a bit more because the meatballs took longer to cook and didn't stick together as well as I wanted.

Delicious. I would play around with the spices in the future. I like the red pepper, but think it would be good with other spice elements.

EXCELLENT & EASY! I replaced garlic powder with fresh minced garlic. I did Not have red pepper flakes (wish I did). I used 1 Tbsp Italian dried herb blend, used 1.5 tsp Onion powder. Added 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Recipe yielded 17 "golf-ball size" meatballs (used ice cream scoop for even sizing).
Baked 400 for 25 min. Parchment paper is a must do--prevented browning on the bottom of meatball.
Served meatballs with (on the side) sauce & large tubular.
These meatballs tasted Delicious without any sauce!! I am making another batch tonight to freeze! Thank you for the recipe!

Excellent and easy! The first time I made this recipe I thought they forgot to add egg - but I was wrong - the ingredients are so simple I love it!
