  • 1/4 cup onion (I used onion powder to prevent heartburn)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (I made two batches, one with shredded cheddar and one with grated parmasean, and hubby and I both preferred it with cheddar, but this is up to you!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay (that was not included in any of the original recipes, so this is optional!)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (I did not include salt because of all the swelling I’m having right now!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
