Ingredients

- 1 onion (medium)
- 1 kg zucchini
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 handfuls breadcrumbs

Directions
- Cut the onion into small pieces and put to fry in oil. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and cut into thin wheels .
- Pour the zucchini cut into the pan with the onion . Put salt and cook . ( If it is in a pressure cooker it will take about three minutes , if it is a normal pan about 15-20 minutes )
- Beat the eggs , put salt (optional also pepper if you like ) When the zucchini are ready pour over zucchini 1 cup of breadcrumbs (ground bread )
- Add the beaten eggs, mix well and place in a baking dish . Leveling the surface . Cover the surface with a little bread crumbs (used to make it more crispy ) .
- Put in oven at 180 ^ C for 20 minutes . In the last five minutes turn on the grill to roast a little on the surface
