I used 2 zucchini and 3 small squash instead of 3 zucchini - yum! I have been requested to make this often, both my partner and 9yo daughter loved it as much as I did.

This is a simple and very tasty slice which can be enjoyed hot or cold for lunches.

I omitted the bacon to make this vegetarian, and discovered part way through I was out of onion so used garlic instead. So easy to make and a family favorite. Simple and delicious!
