This side dish was very good. I used the butter only. My choice of herb was fresh basil out of the garden. I definitely recommend this dish.

Very good. I did half butter and half olive oil with fresh basil, rosemary, and thyme. Will be doing again.

Delicious. I would use 2 tomatoes rather than 3 other than that I plan on making it again

This was wonderfully light and delicious. I used olive oil instead of butter, seasoned with salt and pepper, then added fresh chopped parsley at the end. Yum! Even my husband liked this and he's not a big zucchini fan. This will definitely become a staple side dish in spring and summer!

This was very easy and delicious. I added mushrooms as they needed to be used. And I used dried basil as it's the only one of the herbs from her list that I had available. Otherwise, followed the directions as written. I served this with a beef sausage and pasta with pesto sauce. I would definitely recommend this dish.
