- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cup kale (chopped)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 zucchinis (chopped into rounds about ¼” thick)
- 4 tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions
- Sauté yellow onion in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add kale and water and simmer till wilted.
- In a rectangular casserole dish, spread ½ container of Buitoni Pesto Sauce on the bottom.
- Layer the zucchini on top of Buitoni Pesto Sauce, followed by ½ of the Buitoni Cheese Ravioli then ½ of the kale onion mixture. Add the sliced tomatoes on top of kale onion mixture.
