- 1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup edamame (shelled, cooked)
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter (natural)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 2 Tbsp. water (for thinning out sauce)
- 1 tsp. chili paste (I used sambal oelek)
- sea salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. peanuts (chopped, optional)
