this was a great no cook recipe that actually pushed my kitchen skills a bit. i never would have tried a vanilla vinaigrette otherwise. i didnt have vanilla bean so i just very carefully added vanilla extract. additionally the fruits are the stars of this recipe so check to see if they are in season. highly highly recommend.
