- 3 kaffir lime leaves (optional)
- 275 grams shrimp (defrosted)
- 2 medium zucchini (or actual pho noodles – you can find these in the Asian section of most grocery stores)
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 jalapeno pepper (thinly sliced, remove seeds to bring the heat level down)
