- 2 cups scallions
- 1 1/2 cups zucchini (/mushroom puree, approximately 2 medium-sized zucchini and 8-10 button, white mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup toasted buckwheat groats
- 1 cup cooked long-grain brown rice (or whatever grain you like)
- 1/2 cup almond meal (or other nut meal, walnut or pecan would probably work)
- 2 cups cannellini (/white beans)
- 2 onions (Medium-sized)
- 2 Heirloom tomatoes (Large, or other large slicing tomato)
- lettuce leaves
- whole grain burger buns (Homemade)
- 1/3 cup Vegenaise (or mayonnaise of your choice with varied results)
- 3/4 lemon juiced (depending on how juicy your lemon is)
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1 tsp. dried chives
- 1 pinch salt
