I made a double recipe with 4x 8" zucchini and a cup of tahini and bottled lemon juice. I used 1 large and 1 small clove of home grown garlic as I didn't want that to be too much of an up front taste. The tahini definitely takes center stage here and it tastes great., Also, I microwaved the zucchini and it came out just fine. I do not add any water and cooked it on high in a covered corningware for 7+4 minutes stirred in between. I plan on serving it with carrot and celery sticks.
