Good even though I made a few unplanned adjustments such as used goat cheese and added currants and used apples with a yellow squash! And had to actually mix the cheese in afterwards!

I followed the advice of another reviewer and cut the sugar down to 1/4 cup, added some raisins, and used cardamom instead of cinnamon. If I made this again, I would use raisins with the full 3/4 cup sugar but would leave them out (or use corn instead) if I am cutting out a lot of the sugar.

Next time I'll reduce the sugar & salt.and add a touch of cardamom. Use sweetened apple sauce. Some say it was too salty or sour. Add some soaked raisins?
