    Ok. The bitterness of the baking soda bothered me. Next time I will omit the oil and add a banana and add 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites to leven and add 1/2 baking powder instead of baking soda.

    Very tasty - the right mix of moist and crunchy from the oats. I left out the raisins and still delicious. Perfect for breakfasts on the go as well. Very pleased!
