I absolutely love this fritter recipe. Really easy to make and is a great vegetable side dish and the perfect alternative to having potatoes. I put a little sour cream on top and could eat a dozen of these.

Pretty qucik and easy to prepare. They were pretty tasty, in addition to the garlic powder I also added Onion powder and served with classic hummus. Yum 😊

Have made these 3 times and have been great! Added some corn and extra salt and pepper. These are great with fried eggs, sauce or even some bacon👍🏼 this is one of the few ways my brother actually enjoys veggies😊

I was a great vegetarian options, even for those who are not big fan of vegetables. I recommend adding seasoning before frying. I added garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Delicious!

This was quite good, but I made modifications. To add some color, I grated a raw beet and added to the mixture and then added some onion powder and garlic powder to add a little more flavor.
