- 1/4 Tbsp. gochujang
- 1/2 Tbsp. doenjang (paste)
- 1 tsp. honey (or agave nectar)
- 3/4 cup water
- black pepper
- tomato (Sun-dried)
- extra firm tofu (1 pack of Firm, recipe calls for 12 ounce, I used 360g)
- 1/2 cup basil (sliced thinly)
- 2 Tbsp. white miso paste
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- salt
- pepper
- basil leaves (Garnish:, pick out the smaller ones, or cut up some father largest pieces, optional)
