- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (gluten-free if required)
- 1 tsp. baking soda (gluten-free if required)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate (nibs, dairy free)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. rolled oats (gluten -free)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
