Very moist and delicious, I served it with 1/2 cup soft cream cheese mixed with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. You can also top with fresh sliced bananas or strawberries for a healthy birthday cake.

I only added one cup of sugar and it was plenty sweet enough. Also used golden zucchini fresh from the garden and it was heavenly!

I did 1/2c sugar, added a banana, 1/2c applesauce and 1/3c dates. And I didn’t have vanilla so I did a tsp maple extract. And skipped the oil.

Turned out moist and delicious! I got great reviews from my 6yo and my picky husband, lol so I call it a win! I will definitely be tweaking a couple things next time, but this was a great starter recipe.

It’s easy and delicious!
I also make a powered sugar frosting on the side.. Baked this to eat for breakfast, but had to try a warm slice this evening!

I used half the amount of sugar and added chocolate chips. it was delicious!

Amazing and yummy, even if you substitute with different flour or egg replacer it still tastes good every time

I really enjoyed this recipe it’s great as and introduction to zucchini bread, I didn’t have walnuts but used raisins instead and it was amazing. I would change a few things about the recipe the next time I use it but it’s great for beginners.
