    I have an abundance of zucchini from my garden. So I used this recipe to feed my family, loved ones, and neighbors.. AWESOME, easy, and wonderful recipe. I did add 2 tablespoons of applesauce to my moist ingredients and mixed in.... Fabulous recipe and a with all recipients... Thank you 😘

    Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I added an additional 1/2 cup of sugar and nutmeg and it turned out perfect.

    Quick and easy Bread was moist and guests commented on how delicious it was . I loved the ingredients was enough for two loaves .

    This is a super recipe! I only changed one thing....by accident....thought I had a zucchini...I had a long, skinny eggplant! The bread still turned out wonderful! My husband had a good laugh, and ate every bit of it! The bread was moist and wonderful! Will try it next time with zucchini!
