    This is absolutely delicious!!! I ran out of oil so replaced it with applesauce, even though it called for applesauce later in the recipe. It turned out perfect!! Everyone that had the chance to get a piece loved it!!

    This zucchini bread was delicious. Super moist compared to another recipe I tried. I used 2 cups regular flour and one cup whole wheat flour baked an additional 5 minutes and it was perfect. I still tested with tooth picks for final test. This will always be my Zucchini Bread recipe!

    Great Recipe, always a hit. This has become my go to for a breakfast bread, so yummy with coffee! Also like the lower calories per serving.

    This was delicious. I didn’t have applesauce so I substituted fresh peaches and the results were phenomenal.
