- 1 jar artichokes (drained)

- saute onion, then add hamburger - cook until mostly done
- add tomatoes, olives, artichokes, garlic, italian seasoning, salt, pepper
- simmer for 15min or until tomato water has reduced
- saute zoodles zucchini noodles
- combine and serve
