- 12 oz. butter beans (bag frozen, baby lima beans, or veggie of your choice)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 29 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth (can use two cups water and two beef bullion cubes)
- 2 cups water
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix (1 ounce package*)
- 1 pkg. italian dressing mix (.7 ounce package*)
