- 1 cup peanut flour (whole grain spelt flour; substitute any whole grain flour or even, if desired)
- egg white
- stevia
- 1 3/4 cups vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt (; If using canned beets that have salt added, you can omit this)
- 3 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup beets (pureed, ; other options include applesauce, mashed banana, pureed carrots, or canned pumpkin)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 can soda (Zevia Cherry Cola, ; pour slowly if you just opened; it might be good to open and leave in fridge over night to limit the fizz)
- 2 packets stevia powder
- 15 drops liquid stevia
