- 400 grams spinach (I used baby spinach leaves)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 4 spring onions (finely sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. dill (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- grated nutmeg (pinch of freshly, about 1/4 tsp)
- 1/4 lemon
- 1/4 lemon (or a big squeeze)
- 120 grams feta cheese
- salt
- black pepper
- olive oil (for brushing, you need quite a bit)
