I tripled this recipe for a 4th of July breakfast and it was a hit!! The seasoning was perfect and the cheese was great as a topping. I probably will decrease the cooking time to 30 minutes though because it was a little tough to cut, but it was gone, not a single bit left, so people must have thought it was just as good as I did.
