- 15 oz. crushed tomatoes (1 can)
- 15 oz. tomato sauce (1 can)
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (or 1 t dried red pepper flakes)
- 1 lb. large shrimp (wild caught, peeled and deveined)
- 1 lb. salmon (wild caught, deboned and cubed)
- 1 lb. halibut (wild caught, deboned and cubed)
- 1 lb. clams
- 1 lb. mussels
- 1 lb. crab (cooked, cracked)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 pinches saffron
- salt (freshly ground, to taste)
- freshly ground pepper (to taste)
