- 1/2 cup feta cheese (I used goat milk feta)
- 1 cup cucumber (peeled, seeded, and finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh mint (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (to taste)
