Ingredients

  • 1/4 block japanese radish
  • 1 yuzu
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. Cut a radish into cubes and add 1/2 salt. 10 min keeping.
    2. Pare a yuzu and squeeze the juice out of it with a reamer.
    3. Put the radish in a strainer to let the water drain off.
    4. Put it in a bowl and mixed sugar, yuzu juice and yuzu peel.
    5. Add seasoning such as salt to taste.
