Directions
- Cut a radish into cubes and add 1/2 salt. 10 min keeping.
- Pare a yuzu and squeeze the juice out of it with a reamer.
- Put the radish in a strainer to let the water drain off.
- Put it in a bowl and mixed sugar, yuzu juice and yuzu peel.
- Add seasoning such as salt to taste.
