- 2 lb. pork country ribs (cubed)
- 1 yellow onion (medium, cut into slivers)

- 1 tsp. basil leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 inch rosemary sprig (needles finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 cups broth (I used chicken but you can use pork or chicken)
- 1 cup hard cider
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- cooking wine
- 3 cups sweet potato squash (diced)
- 3 Honeycrisp apples (medium, peeled, cored and sliced)
